Bounce Infinity E1 Latest Updates

Bengaluru-based scooter rental startup, Bounce, has launched the Infinity E1 in India at Rs 68,999. The e-scooter features battery-swapping technology and you can buy the Infinity E1 without the battery, and opt to pay for the swaps only, dropping the price of the e-scooter to Rs 45,099. Bounce Infinity E1 Engine

The Bounce Infinity E1 is powered by a hub motor capable of producing a peak power of 83Nm, taking the e-scooter to a claimed top speed of 65kmph. The motor is paired with a 2kWh 48V 39Ah battery with a claimed range of 85km and can be charged in four to five hours. The Bounce Infinity E1 features a telescopic fork and dual shocks, while braking is taken care of by disc brakes at both ends aided by regenerative braking, to return some charge back to the battery.

The Bounce Infinity E1 features a very modern, European design with smooth, flowing lines. Some touches like flush-fitting pillion footpegs, aluminum finish to the swingarm and body-coloured inner apron add premiumness to the e-scooter.

The Bounce Infinity E1 comes with an LCD console with bluetooth connectivity. Once paired with a smartphone via the app, the user can access functions like geofencing, anti-theft, and get tow alerts as well. Bounce has equipped the e-scooter with two riding modes-- Power and Eco, along with a Reverse mode. Furthermore, there is a Drag mode that enables the Infinity E1 to carry walking speed in case of a puncture. To top that off, it even flaunts a cruise control.

The Bounce Infinity E1 rivals the likes of the Okinawa iPraise +, Ampere Magnus Pro and BGauss B8. However, thanks to the battery-swapping feature, the price is significantly lower than its competitors. Besides, you can purchase the Bajaj CT100 and the TVS XL100 at a similar price.
